The Acceleration Print E-mail
The Truth is Out There
Sunday, 14 December 2008

For years I've watched the acceleration of information and technology as it exponentially increases with a great deal of fascination. The interest was originally stirred by Terence McKenna who had an unusual theory of history, time and the decreasing cycles of info doubling -- in other words, the length of time it takes for total human knowledge to double is decreasing on an exponential curve. He had many clever musings that something unusual was bound to happen to us as a species when that rate reached Zero Point.

That is certainly a deeper discussion for another time. For now, enjoy this energetic presentation of statistics related to change.
